If you hang on to your bad eating habits, diabetes will convert into further complicated diseases. It is a fact that diabetic people have a tough time digesting sugar and carbohydrates. Sugar and starches are good source of energy. This energy is converted into insulin that produces energy in your body. However if you are diabetic chances are you don’t digest carbohydrates properly. These carbohydrates and sugar store in your body and fail to produce the much needed Insulin. When your body fails to produce the enzyme insulin it is called glycemia.

Carefully monitor each meal and read labels of packed and canned meals. I will advise all diabetics to avoid fast foods, deep fried, oily, greasy meats, sugar and caned foods. Replace them with fresh fruits and green vegetables.

Every diabetic must include carrots, cabbage, beans, apple, banana and oranges in their daily intake. You must take proper diabetic menu meals as you owe it to your health and well being.
