What is simple carb and complex carb? What the effects for our diabetic menus plan? Simple carbohydrates or juast said simple carb is sugar. Yes, sugar. It is enemy for diabetic. For our sake it is better to avoid this simple carb in our diabetic diets. A simple carbohydrate includes sugar itself, or food with very sweet taste like cakes, soft drink, jams and other like it. Be careful they have nice names such as sucrose, glucose or fructose, wherever you read that words avoid it, it was simple carbohydrates also. Simple carb will give us a sudden surge of sugar in our bloodstream. And as you know our insulin could not take a sudden attack like that. So, the better you could avoid this the better your health will be. Simply avoid or just take the most minimal intake of this simple carb in your diabetic menus plan. How about using artificial sugars? It looks better than take simple carbohydrates in your diabetic eating habit. But, as we know taking artificial sugar still give us another side effect. So, don’t be too believe in artificial things, natural is better. Get a paper and pen, list of your eating habit and watch if one of simple carb slips of in you daily diabetic menus. If yes, make decision to eliminate that and take other kind of food which saver and healthier for you.
