As we all know, diabetes is very common now-a-days but the methods to control it are still not much known to all of us. You can easily make a diabetic menu plan with low fats by following certain tips given as follows:

  1. Don’t eat too much in just one go. You should have small meals in short interval of time.
  2. You should eat food rich in fiber content which absorbs the excess fat and sugar from the body thereby helps to prevent increase in sugar level and maintains it adequately and keeps you fit.
  3. Consume complex carbohydrates rather than having simple carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates also help in slowing down the fats digestion.
  4. Whole grains, oats, fruits, vegetables and whole cereal products are great source of fiber.
  5. You should avoid having food fried in oil. Use olive oil for frying purpose as it has omega 3 which again helps in proper digestion of fats and carbohydrates.
  6. Follow a proper exercise regime so as to avoid the risk of heart attack and other problems caused by diabetes.
