take careling your diabetes with correct lifestyle choices and maintenance of your disease is important.  There are a lot of complications that can result from this disease, including foot problems, nerve pain, neuropathy, and warmheartedness problems.  Here are some ways to cut back on the potential that they will become a problem for you.  First, drop some pounds if you are overweight, and at least 80% of all people with this condition, peculiarly type 2, are overweight.  This will help meliorate your condition and control those blood sugars.

 

One of the most powerful things you can do as a diabetic is to keep a very close watch on your blood sugar levels. This includes checking glucose twice a day at a minimum.  You want to keep them around wherever your doctor recommends.  Keep track of it and put out it down, along with what you are eating.  This is a great way to tell which foods send you down the wrong trail as a patient with diabetes.  You want to avoid high glucose levels because having high glucose levels can cause problems with the retina of the eye’s blood vessels.  This can contribute to vision problems and even blindness.  High glucose can also cause deadening to your kidneys as well. 

 

When you have diabetes, you absolutely must keep a close eye on your saccharide intake, because carbs do affect your blood glucose level.  You want to cinema for complex carbohydrates such as fruit, green veggies, legumes, and whole grains, because they are high-fiber.  Diabetics must watch their triglyceride levels, cholesterol numbers, and blood pressure readings to keep them all under control.  It’s not an easy disease to manage, especially if you are not leading a intelligent lifestyle. You need to get these numbers checked regularly and ask your doctor to help you set goals for them.  Take medications if requisite until you get them under control.

 

If you have diabetes, it’s just as important to do as it is to eat right.  Exercise helps with all those things we talked about. It helps manage your weight, your triglyceride levels, blood pressure, and cholesterol.  Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.  Any low impact aerobics, dancing, walking, tennis, bike-riding, or swimming are good.  Also, get passable sleep! Lack of sleep causes us to eat more than we need to.  Manage your stress; try some supposition or yoga if you have tussle with this.  See your doctor regularly and get any tests done you should have done for your condition.  Following these tips will help you manage your disease for a healthier and more pleasurable lifestyle.
