Which one better to control our sugar level, regular exercise or proper daily diabetic menu? It is the most and always asks and still become a number one controversy. Till now (As I know) this question has not exact answer. If you ask me which one better I will answer both of them. It really my experiences, when we maintain regular exercise, I have stable sugar level but when I really examine my live, I do proper diabetic meals also. So, my conclusion both needed, we need proper (not to hard) exercise to balance our proper diabetic diet. Someday we need just relax a bit; we want to take a cake or a small amount of soft drink. I could be done if we have daily proper exercises. Strictly to diet it looks to extreme but strictly to exercise looks to dangerous. We need balance our daily food intake with proper exercises. My number one goal is to find a delicious, yet safe diabetic snacks, meals and daily menus. After that I do light exercise to help my body works better. I know I will live with diabetes rest of my live but still I want have a beautiful and worth while live. I already done mine now, your turn to do your job to search delicious yet safe meals for your live and also pick one kind of light exercises to fit you up.
