As person who has to live with diabetic, we need to make our self more fit than others. To get that, there is not other way than to exercises in routine time slot. To feed muscle contraction, one from many things, muscles need sugar. For us who live with diabetes is certainly need to stabilize our blood sugar level. Too hard exercises will increase blood sugar, but contritely too light exercises will not give us best result. Again, we must be smart to arrange or modified such of exercises. The key is not too hard but not too lame. One of the best exercises is swimming, walking also the second best. You need consult to your doctor (which very capable to give you advice) how long you need it, and how often you need exercises. General yet common advise is taking exercises two to three times a week, for one or one a half hours. The common guidance is while you exercise you must still keep your breath easy. If you could not easily breathe you are over exercise. It is not has clear connection in your daily diabetic menus or meals strategy, but it is one of most important beside you diabetic menu strategies.
