I always advise my patients to control their diabetes with a good diabetic menu. However when you are diagnosed with diabetes, it’s essential to carefully examine your eating habits. Make sure to add the entire essential ingredients in your meals. I strictly advise my patients to avoid oily and fatty fast foods. These high calorie meals are life threatening to you. Replace them by adding more green veggies and fresh fruits. Eat plain potatoes with simple low calorie topping instead of greasy fries. Make a habit of eating boiled meat and fish instead of deep fried. Always prepare small portions and the size must remain same in every meal. Remember these simple tips and you will have a simple and uncomplicated Diabetic menu.
